Course InformationThe PADI Open Water Diver is the most popular diver program in the world – and your ticket to a lifetime of intense adventure. During the PADI Open Water Course you will learn about scuba fundamentals, equipment, practice skills by diving in the pool or a shallow spot on the reef, and experience four open water dives with an instructor. The course is performance based, not time based. Some people may finish the course in 3 days while others may need 5 days. PADI Open Water certification is good for life. Minimum age is 10 years old. In order to participate in scuba diving lessons you are required to answer a medical questionnaire before the course begins. Please review the questionnaire and if you answer "yes" to any of the questions PADI requires you to have the medical form signed by a doctor. Take the plunge into a lifetime of adventure!
