Turquoise Bay Resort Rates 2010

All 26 rooms have air conditioning, private bath with hot and cold water, two double beds or one king-size bed, phone, TV with US and Latin programs and a balcony with a spectacular unobstructed view over the ocean.

Dive Package Standard

Rates shown are in US dollars, per person and include:

Room, 3 boat dives per day, 3 meals per day accompanied by iced tea, lemonade, a soft drink, water or coffee, airport transfer and welcome cocktail. The 7 and 6  night packages include one night dive.
16% Government taxes not included.

Disclaimer: Alcoholic drinks are not included. Night dives are weather permitting.

If weather conditions do not allow 3 day dives out of the resort we dive from an alternate location but some dives may have to be canceled.

7 Night - Adventure and Shark Dive Package

(Valid for travel January 10^th to March 29^th & April 11^th to December 20^th, 2009)

Single  $1,599 per person

Double $1,399 per person

Triple  $1,349 per person

INCLUDES:

• 7 nights lodging in superb rooms, with: private bath, hot and cold water, satellite TV, A/C, telephone with direct access for international or collect calls, and private ocean view balcony

• Transfers to and from port of arrival

• Tropical welcome cocktail

• All meals for stay (A la cart or buffet depending on occupancy)

• All beverages including local rum and beer

• Internet access (first hour free)

• Fourteen dives during your stay, including: weights, air tanks and boat ride to the dive site, with specialized SUBWAY WATER SPORTS personnel, recognized as a  PADI 5 Star Resort and winner of the National Geographic Award.  Included in the fourteen dives are:

• One Shark dive, including transfers to and from (this is weather and availability depending)

• One Night dive (weather depending)

• One Wreck dive (weather depending)

• One island tour

• The right to use our installations

• All taxes included.

Note:  We have planned an exciting and adventurous week for the most discerning of divers. This package was created for stays of one week and tentatively scheduled as follows:

Day 1:    Arrival, registration and dive orientation.

Day 2:    3 boat dives

Day 3:    3 boat dives including a Wreck dive on the Odyssey

Day 4:    Shark Dive and Night Dive

Day 5:    3 boat dives including famous Dolphin Den

Day 6:    3 boat dives

Day 7:    Roatan Island Tour (We show you the beauty of our island and include: Souvenir stops and if you would like a canopy (zip line) tour, or a visit to Gumbalimba Bird Park can be arranged for an additional fee)

Day 8:    Check out and departure

Payment and cancellation policy

Deposit & payment:

To ensure your reservations and prevent misunderstandings, Turquoise Bay Resort requires:

• $200 (two hundred US dollars) deposit per person at time of booking.

• The reminding balance of the total stay quoted must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

• For Tour Operators and Travel Agencies only: If not paid in advanced the amount due will be charged to the guest on arrival.

Cancellations: 

• If you cancel at least 31 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit.

• If you cancel within 30 - 15 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of your total stay.

• If you cancel within 14 - 6 days before arrival we will refund 25% of your total stay.

• If you cancel 5 days or less before arrival or do not show up, we will retain the entire amount of the deposit posted on your reservation and the fee will be equal to the total reservation amount.

Children:

Children between ages 5 to 10 pay half fare. Infants and children under 4 accommodate free. Exception; children age 10  that are on a dive package pay the full price.

Payment: 

We accept all major credit cards, fund transfers, or direct deposits to our bank accounts. Online transactions can be made through PayPal (see link)

Responsibilities:

• Turquoise Bay Resort guarantees and is obligated to give complete fulfillment of all its services offered, except in those cases qualified as force of nature, caused by situations out of our control.

• Turquoise Bay Resort accepts the annulment of our cancellation policies when these occur for reasons that under the administration's judgment  are valid and qualified as force of nature.
